MOre than decent I would say!!
A crisp, well-focused shot. Nice job.
Great reflection too! Surprising how low in the water this guy is.
What a fantastic picture, Daniel. You captured that little sparkle in his eye. Great! Thanks for your nice comment on my blog. To answer your question, I have looked up the exif information. Here it is. I have made all the pictures of my recent blog with f/5.6; 1/400 sec.; ISO-100 and an exposure compensation of -0.3 to avoid overexposure and to get more intense colors. To photograph I use a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ48 bridgecamera. A bridgecamera has a fixed lens (in my case a high quality Leica lens) but has almost the same setting options as a reflex camera. Greetings, Joke
They are sneaky devils to photograph!

Would have scared the bejeezus out of me I'm sure -- what a great shot Dan.
How fortuitous for you! That's a great reaction time to get such a great shot.
Great capture of the Cormorant. You never know when they will dive! Have a great day!
Very cool. As much as fishermen hate them, I think they interesting birds.
